How do you apply the sealer?

We apply sealer only using brushes. We find that brush applying rather than spraying leaves a better looking finish as well as a more even coating on your driveway.

How long will the coating last?

We recommend having your driveway recoated every three years for maximum protection for your driveways, however depending on the condition of your asphalt, and the amount of sun exposure, some driveways can go longer.

How often should I seal coat my driveway/parking lot?

Seal your driveway every 2-3 years to protect it from damage and keep it looking great. Harsh weather, heavy traffic, and oil spills can shorten this timeframe.
